The INDEPENDENT ARTIST COMPETITION SERIES (IACS) is MSL's flagship Music-Sports program designed to provide unsigned recording artists a revolutionary new way to promote their music and showcase their talent by competing as players in the IACS. IACS takes a revolutionary approach to music competition as it conducts it as an organized sport under the infrastructure of a pro sports league. The league will be broken down into Sectors, which will operate as franchises. The first sector is "SEVEN (7) CITIES, " combining 757 and 804 area codes. 

MSL's plan is to grow into a 32-sectors within 10 years and establish an international presence within 15 years. 

MSL's ultimate goal is to petition for Music-Performance Sports Olympic approval by 2044.
