The Boxer X Series program is a free boxing lesson and workout program sponsored by Music-Sports League. It includes a 6-sessions of boxing lessons. The "X" stands for "Xtreme". Xtreme, meaning, the level of intensity of these lessons and workouts. This is not only boxing lessons, but you will train like a boxer. This is intended to challenge you mentally and physically as the workouts and lessons will get more intense each session. The goal is to promote health and wellness, confidence, and self-defense.

Juan A. Thompson began boxing at the age of 10 years old in Dayton, OH. He's won numerous state and national titles completing a 126-fight amateur career. Unfortunately, mismanagement and hand injuries caused him to halt having a serious shot at a professional career.

10 AM - 10:20 AM: Warm-up/Stretch
10:20 AM - 10:40 AM: Running
10:40 AM - 11:00 AM: Exercise
11:00 AM - 11:10 AM: Rest Period
11:10 AM - 11:40 AM: Training (Stance, Foot placement, Jab, and parrying )
11:40 AM - 11:50 AM: Jump rope
11:50 AM - 12:00 AM: Stretch
Noon: End of session
